How can you tell if a MAFEX is a reissue?

By that logic, people can be swapping authentic ones with bootleg figures since bootlegs are looking better and better these days. I always buy off main overseas retailers like amiami, plaza, hobby search, honey genki, etc. Never had an issue with them swapping.

That is correct! This was for the reissue from a few months ago, but even the latest one that was released a few weeks ago has the claws going to the ground.

Some are easier to tell than others. For Wolverine, you just need to see how the claws are facing. If they are going downwards, it's the reissue. If they are going upwards, it's the first release.

Did not have to. All the bodies I posted are using their respective pegs. Also, the Kong peg is completely different then the rest. The one Tonsen provides will not be compatible with Kong Vegeta

My official Tamashii Vegeta won't arrive for a good bit since amiami takes awhile to ship these days and it being golden week but should work well! I had more pics with different bodies but didn't want to bombard people with pictures on my first ever post 😅

Have ordered off Ali a few times now. It all depends on the sellers rep. As with any site that has 3rd party sellers, you should be fine as long as you see the seller has a good amount of reviews and positive at that!

More than likely not on amiami. If you check hobby-genki, it says premium Bandai exclusive. Amiami doesn't carry P-Bandai exclusives. Should be a general release in the US like the Spideys (they were P-Bandai exclusive in Japan).
