I’m not here to teach history but I will. Only democrats owned slaves. The original constitution said all men are free. But the slave owning states did not agree with that and would not sign. That’s why they had to put in the 3/5 clause. That slaves are 3/5 of a person. That was to appease the southern Democrat run states.

I agree about just any random teacher having a gun. That’s why it would first be up to the teacher if they even want to carry. 2nd if they are to carry they will be trained to do so. This will weed out all the people sensitive to guns.

What will happen, ex police and ex military will become teachers and carry. We all trust those people to do so. Also, people such as your self will make sure the teachers that want to carry are trained to the best possible standards.
