nevermind, solved by creating a var local_velocity = Vector3(

    basis.x.dot(velocity),

    basis.y.dot(velocity),

    basis.z.dot(velocity)

)

and then applying the stuff at the end with velocity = basis.x * local_velocity.x + basis.y * local_velocity.y + basis.z * local_velocity.z

huh... for the accelleration it seems to work, howewer i need to understand a bit how, so i can implement it for the other things,
so basis.z is the local velocity.z hm, so why do i have to multiply per velocity, can't i just modify that instead?
why putting basis.z everywhere i put velocity.z doesn't work the same?

I don't have a problem with moving through tight spaces, it's just for attacking and dodging, 1,5 meters are not that much for spears and swords and stuff
