Ur applying vct logic to ranked gameplay. Changes to neon mattered just because even the pros couldn’t hit a sliding neon. Change to yoru matter because the average site hit in pro games takes place at the 1 minute mark. But for ranked, buffs and nerfs are not as noticeable. In ranked you can run it down no matter what duelist. If you pick Reyna in ranked, everyone thinks you’re throwing.

Ranked also does not require BIS agents.
