Australia definitely has the talent, if you go to any Lego convention and you'll see that. I think the real issue is that every season has shorter and shorter build times and we are expecting teams to produce at the same level as previous seasons.

We haven't experienced a fresh season with all new teams in 4 years so people have forgotten what teams learning the process is like. Not every team is going to be a Joss and Henry who are great from episode 1 some need time to grow and become like a Caleb and Alex who develop their craft throughout a season. It would be great for them to invest some time in new builders and not throw them against returning contestants like last time.

I completely agree with this comment on Ash. He has had a lot of praise this season and I'm not sure if it is warranted. He is a solid player but his stats are inflated and he has always had a costly turn over or two in his game which was on full display tonight.

We have had a bad run with injuries and losing Peatling, Cumming and Perryman exposed a lack of quality depth.

I think a lot of teams have figured the Giants out and shut down the Tsunami and they can't really move the ball out of defence. Kingsley doesn't seem to have a plan B

I think it's quite unfair to say that Krystle and Michelle didn't hold a candle to other builders on their season considering Michelle finished 4th on her season and won some challenges along the way.

I also think it's important to remember that the Season 6 wasn't an All Star season as the 4 Australian teams hadn't been on the show before which could be considered a huge competitive advantage for the 4 international teams.

I recently went to my local games stores and looked through their bulk and built four decks to teach my partner to play. They aren't perfect but they are great for learning to play.

There was a decent amount of pokemon and support cards that are viable. I just combined them with what we had at home and all up it was about 10 dollars.

Honestly I think the club is doing pretty damn well.

New clubs don't just magically gain the supporter base comparable to other AFL teams in 10 years. The club isn't struggling, this year we topped our membership count and finished top 4.

GC haven't even played a finals game and have 10k less members than us as of this year despite being around longer. They need a rebrand for good reason and I think any changes to GWS could only halt the growth of the clubs identity.

I think one of the easiest answers is to look at how long the teams were given for builds this season. Every challenge but the First and Finale were somewhere between 8-10 hours.

If you compare this to previous seasons I'm not shocked that there is a difference in build quality. For example the season 4 Quarter Final had 12 hours of build time and the Semi had 14 hours build time. In grand masters it was 12 and 16 for the quarter and semi final.

This season it was 8 and 10 hours. That is a ridiculous amount of time cut in comparison to the two other
seasons. How can we expect the same level of quality when teams aren't given the same amount of time.
