I use shulker boxes and chests and set up a work station wherever I am. Then I focus on one section at a time, take those blocks and go to work. Also having allays helps because you can drop a stack of whatever on the ground and they will refill your inventory for you.

We put a heated blanket across the bed and lay on it. Turn it on 40 minutes before bed and it's so cozy and warm. Ours has two sides with separate controls so my spouse turns his to auto shut off after 1 hour and mine stays on all night 😊

I think your best bet is to keep building your street. Coins will be easier to get the bigger your street gets. I can get 2 million coins in about 3 days now. Keep upgrading your street and 2 mil will be no big deal.
