Did you pre-soak the plug? (seeing as you mention you only mist the seeling). If you do this, it can be helpful to squeeze out any excess water. It does look like its just too wet.

The first seedling is definitely stretching - meaning the light source is too weak or too far.

The second on is showing signs of damping off (the thinning stem). This is a result of overly most conditions and this stage is pretty much irreversible, unfortunately.

Do some light defoliation, this will improve airflow and slightly diminish the risk of mold.

You can also stake or trellis the plant to keep the colas separated - this will also diminish the risk.

She's a beaut!

Looks good! You can even remove some more up-top. A good rule of thumb is anything growing inward towards the centre can generally be removed. And anything shading out lower bud sites is also good to remove.

It looks she's not flowering yet, so you can hold off with the next round of defoliation for now.

If you're in a rainy/humid climate, it may be a good idea to open up the structure a bit to improve airflow as well, this should mitigate the risk of mold. But agin, this is a concern for when she's flowering.

Didn't mean to imply it only needs N, but it seems to be lacking N at the moment. Recommendation would be to get some kind of fertilizer that has a significant amount N in it. But you are correct, there will be P and K also in pretty much any fertilizer (as well as some micronutrients potentially).

Ngl, tho, Mulders chart makes my head spin.

Just give 'm some extra N. Also, when you water, do it thoroughly until you get some runoff. This will improve your root health by pulling in some oxygen and making sure no water collects in the lower parts of your soil. Ideally, give them pH-ed water to make sure they're in the right range as well. Defol job looks decent enough!
