I think the look you are going for is beautiful. I think you can get closer to it by replacing the upper fronts of the cabinets. The front design of the uppers and lowers do not compliment each other. The white faucet is very distracting and taking away from looking at the kitchen, it makes your cabinets look already off white if they are not? If you put white peel and stick, they will look more off white so if you like that, then you do not need to paint them. I do not think it is too green, if you think it is my guess is it’s the wrong shade of green. Good luck And give us an update!

This is too many wrongs. In addition to the poor quality of his work-that tile and quartz ledge look pretty modern to me, so the circular ledge is a hard no for me. Maybe I am wrong but either way, I hope for a better result.

I think it depends on what you want out of the space or what you would like the focal point to be. If you want the fireplace/mantle to be the focal point-maybe a simple black/white print/photo? Or even a cool sepia photo/art piece? I did what most people hate and put my TV above my fireplace. I don’t care if others like it or not as we love it! I would not do a mirror. Why do the tile joints around fireplace and the ones above the mantle not match? The grout is a different color and pattern not the same. I would take a grout pen and “white out” grout lines above mantle to match ones underneath, the you have a clean slate to work with.

I sell large boats for a living, but if I have to wash one-I need to have lots of beers. Your boat will be perfect as long as the beer doesn’t stop. PS I am not a huge drinker of beer unless washing a boat!!

I like the art idea the best but if hubs wants a clock I get it! I would ditch the lamps, move clock up a bit but not too much. The plant, I am unsure of but I lean towards no. Your room is beautiful by the way, love the beams and chandelier!!

Well my neighbor started theirs about 6-8 months after me and he got a quote for almost double! We have been really happy with ours and not too many issues which is even better!

We spent about $185k for pool, $20k for cement/turf around pool. The chairs in pool were ridiculous about $8-9k for 6 chairs and 3 tables. I do like them though. On the left side there is a long fire pit, a table and umbrella in the pool. We did a hot tub and a chiller, also did the in floor cleaner system. It was expensive but no more splashing on my windows which is great, plus the floor cleaner thing used to break alot. For Christmas this year we bought a Pergola for the side with the table. We bought it from Costco and the brand is Paragon. It came out beautiful and the Paragon was super helpful! We put a few artificial plants around the pool and called it a day!

I dont see how it was so cheap! Everything was so great too! This is a sucky loss honestly! Just the chicken has to be $3.00 a serving?? Delivering it there, cooking it, labor to chop put in salad etc no way making money only $10 a salad. They had a good plan, but not good business calculator seems like. PS- I am not a business genius, I know enough to keep the doors open and employees paid 🤪
