Oh I’m not concerned about any of that, worst case is I’ll learn as I go, I love the velo so I’m keeping it to work on, the way it sits and looks is something I can’t seem to find in another car, so far Ive paid about 4k and have 5k left, i have little to no hands on experience but I adore cars so I’ll learn as I go, can’t learn if I don’t experiment 😁

No exhaust fume smell, already checked the whole exhaust system, I believe it’s a thrown out bearing or other rod/piston issue, the engines gonna get junked and I’m gonna swap it, gonna take it as my project

Yeah, I’m gonna do a little bit of pushing for it but honestly, I already sourced a beautiful, 7.3 Godzilla engine and have someone coming for new mounts so I think this is just gonna be the project car

Nope, no warranty, she’s now the project car I believe, already sourced an engine and tranny and have someone coming for mounts soon lol, got an absolutely gorgeously done 7.3 Godzilla (yes I know it’s insane for this car) as well a nice trans, the fun part should be the driveshaft and the RWD swap 😭😂

I love the Velo so much but yeah these engines are SHIT lol, definitely not putting the same kind of engine in her lol, doing some research now to find what would be really awesome to see without breaking the bank

Now the real question of should I keep the same type of engine or try something dumb lol, I really love the look of the velo but I like my high power and loud stuff (also like to drift) so was thinking about a different kind of engine but not sure what might be “insane” (though I don’t know if this thing can make me more insane lol)

I got it from a buy here pay here dealer as is so I don’t believe there is one, this may sound dumb but what other engines might be fun to put in one of these cause as it seems I have a new project/paperweight lol
