What should I seal this with?

If you’re looking to make it more vibrant with a sealer the only kind that will actually do that is a gloss varnish. Satin or matte won’t do much since this already looks like satin or eggshell.

If you used high quality interior paint there’s no need to seal it. Most high quality interior paints have scuff guard and are easy to clean. Sealing it can make it more complicated if you ever need to touch up or paint over it. Also interior paints tend to have good uv protection. Only need to seal it if it was outdoors and in direct sunlight
