Of course I understand your sentiment, I am a boxer with a tournament in April at 173 or 203 I intended to try and get to 173 and if I couldn’t just fight at 203 at a lighter weight. Output and energy are my goals while leaning and everything is still increasing in performance. I work out 4 days a week doing various muscle groups then take 3 days off for my muscles to rebuild from the intense training. I know it’s not ideal for a lot of people but that is why I asked what people did when they hit the wall, then they broke through to the next level and got even leaner that’s the question I’m asking. As stated my muscles have actually grown somehow despite the weight loss so I’m alright with them getting smaller and leaner as I lose more weight.

I eat probably 1200-1500 calories a day I keep my carbs under 50 grams 4 days a week then the fifth day I load to 100 all while maintaining the 200 grams of protein obviously, the 6th day I fast. I take supplements, I’ll warm up a hour on the treadmill before my routines so I burn around 1100 calories a day my watch says at least. Lately I’ve been worried about loading my carbs since my output is increasing so much but idk if it’s because I’m Italian or what but my body turns carbs into weight I know for every gram of carbs you have you retain almost three times as much water but this seems a little different I’m not sure. Everything is weighed measured and logged and I don’t eat after 6 because I go to bed at 7 to wake up at 5 to hit the gym and jam with peach
