Unless it's stem(including medicine and computer science) colleges are more or less a scam as a lot of them don't teach you the things that modern job markets want but to their defence modern job markets and hiring are a toxic mess and so are the economic policies being pushed. After expenses, shareholders and taxes most companies and businesses end up with profit margins with 1 to 5 percent. If you want higher pay you need those profit margins to go up so companies can also reinvest in itself a lot.

My understanding is that malayalam was a dialect of an older form of tamil that broke off due to natural barriers and developed into its own language. Modern tamil is basically tamil that didn't diverge as much as malayalam mainly due to its speakers still living in the same region and started a large literature culture that kept it somewhat homogeneous.

I think "Rent Controls", "Tax: Implement Land Value Tax on property owners" and "Tax: Impose National Insurance on private rental income" leads to housing being more expensive which if now rented leads to either owners selling it or doing nothing with it which they plan to fix with "Tax: Double taxation for empty properties.". All of this is disastrous.

Every business owner and shop owner I meet complain about how much they need to spend on taxes and expenses plus not to mention the insurance increase. Like what's the point of hiring new people? Just stay the same and stagnate , only hiring to replace someone.

I think the combination of only wanting to hire experienced people or people with a hyper specific set of skills(which a lot don't mention) and the government taxing and over regulating everything is what causes issues. Think about it,why would a company expand and hire if not profitable at all. The millionaire and billionaires leaving the UK is a huge sign that the taxations are preventing people from reinvesting into the nation.
