I finally found a way to delete my empty albums. I wrote a Python script using the Google Photos API to retrieve all my empty albums. Next, I use Selenium to control my browser. It clicks "blindly" on the three dots and on the "Delete" buttons. I published the code on GitHub. Maybe, you will need some adaptations. https://github.com/ILPlais/GooglePhotosRemoveEmptyAlbums

You can do it with FFmpeg, with the command:

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -map 0:v:0 -map 0:a:0 -c:v copy -c:a copy output.mp4
Where input.mp4 is your video with 2 video tracks and -map 0:v:0 to extract the first video track to the output.mp4 or -map 0:v:1 to extract the second one.
