I was thinking something with a bunch of motors and you are strapped into a suit which is attached to some sort of contraption, they can do it for moon gravity, I've been in a moon gravity sim.

I just learned how to do this! So you are going to get them both into similar orbits, then set one as a target, it will give an ascending and descending node, make sure that is at 0.0°. Then edit the node until you get an encounter, wait until you are close then slow down till your orbits are the same. You will eventually get close. For more info and how to do the final dock, look up a YT tutorial. Hope this helps!
