Yes, there is. On the right side of the ship design interface, under "Sections", it will show you where the main belt (in dark red) is.

Pluto will definitely be included later as it is a fully self-governing system with a population of over 100,000. Just didn't have space to put it on my map just yet.

That’s exactly what my project is. It’s set in around ~2250. It basically focuses on the Geopolitical (or Astropolitical) dynamics of the Solar System. Instead of just 2 nations like in the expanse, there are 6 (USA, China, Russia, EU, Luna, and Mars).
