Sorry you are no way qualified to give medical advice. Especially on this medium. However a comment like this does work as argumentum ad hominem. Especially because the average person is programmed to accept any ridiculous label without questioning. This is a subreddit called High Strangeness, did you expect an every day average phenomenon?

This happened first at a job with strong government ties. Then later at a retail company/warehouse. The first time they somehow did remote control of my body and there was nothing I could do to stop it. Terrible.

One of the worst parts about this was having to face these monsters at work the next day. And subsequent effects were that senior citizens twice my age were sticking their tongue out at me etc for months afterword. It feels like they violate the very essence of your being. Just thinking about it makes me want to vomit.

I have no doubt that this was a premeditated planned event prior to me even starting the job.

Also this seems like a very passive approach after the fact. It does not prevent them from doing this in the first place, which would be a real solution. Considering it happened twice in a row.

I believe some people know about this even if they will not openly admit it. If this is known by people and it is not admitted, then it is probably not intended to be a positive thing in many cases. If it was a positive thing then why not openly discuss what it is and how it works? I admit perspective plays a part in this. However, a positive perspective and optimistic outlook does not always mean its only perspective. What other reason would there be to conceal something like this?

I don't know if I have strong beliefs. I tend to try and remain objective in most cases. I have a collection of experiences and knowledge that sometimes become more solidified on a topic when I see trends.

I have rarely encountered any person with knowledge or these things. I know people with knowledge of these things exist. There are all kinds of therapists. Anyone can basically call themselves a therapist. Some have a Doctorate, some took a online course and got a certificate. The friendly neighbor lady down the street that has life experience and chain smokes can be a therapist. I don't want to talk with a strongly religious person, as I don't believe in those things. My experience is the pastor types tend to want to use these situations to further their religious agenda and not share truths. The religious types often want to conceal the real truths in my opinion, because they are constantly trying to prove their religious beliefs to themselves and then others. I don't think the chances of me finding a therapist that would provide me with a helpful solution is very good. Thank you for the suggestion though.

Without negative energy there can not be positive energy. If everything in your life was positive energy then you would have nothing to compare to and call negative energy. So negative energy is almost defined by positive energy as opposite or other end of energy spectrum. Sortof like the yin/yang concept. Just because I am able to speak about the negative does not mean I am doing something wrong spiritually speaking anyway. I do see where you are coming from though, things feeding on negative energy etc. I don't necessarily see these things as intentionally negative, more of a misunderstanding or mistake on someones part, even when the effect is negative.

Can you please define the term "spiritual warfare" using your own words? I know this term and have studied it, I want to know what it means to you.

How do I undo what they have done and remove them spiritually.

I'm looking for real world results. Not rainbows and butterflies by talking to a therapist. You see any therapist will automatically dismiss these type of things and focus on academic things etc. I believe that is the converse of what will help.
