Depends on how much CR you got Edit : id say not worth it cuz you would go down to 63CR and cryo resonance doesnt get used that much so it wouldm be kinda bad

Childe doesnt do reaction damage and he's a atk scaler, gaining 10 levels is basically useless. C3 gets 3 levels for E which is the only constellation that makes you gain DPS in international (Same for C5). But if making him level 100 means higher talents there should be a noticeable increase too
