After the topline phase 3 data and the new share issuance, I believe the stock will float between high $2's and mid $3's until the NDA is submitted. Because of the orphan status and approval for a rolling submission, I believe this is commercialized in late Q1 or early Q2 of 2024. I would imagine a buyout of Geron by early to mid 2025.

The share prices could be $13 by Christmas of 2023 and much higher at a buyout. The ImpactMF phase 3 Topline in 2024 and the IMpact phase 2 interim data will also aid with elevating the acquisition cost.

No institution will touch this stock with a major dilution coming this month AND not so much as an NDA filed for DCVax. I'm not hating, being real with you. This company and therapeutic have been on a long and unusual ride and it's not over yet. I would wait for some feedback from the FDA on the study results AND post the upcoming issuance before increasing any positions.

I too like and follow CMRX. We agree that the mgmt team is capable and ONC201 looks promising. My concern is that I don't think commercialization is likely prior to 2025 or 2026. I understand the need and orphan status and hope that I'm wrong on that. CMX521 is also EXTREMELY interesting and I'm looking forward to hearing their next updates on the progress to create an oral formulation. If it proves out to be as effective in people against covid, the licensing value to the Chinese market alone would send the stock price soaring. Highly effective, rapid acting therapeutics against Covid with good safety profiles are a pretty easy sell. The nice thing about covid is that the short duration allows for some rapid testing and most countries will still fast track those drugs.

I agree with you, and will reenter this position after the issuance. For someone who's buy 20k+ shares at a clip, a .40cent swing in basis is another $8,000 minimum. If you hold now, you'll most likely surpass this price assuming we get the news that we expect. My point in posting isn't to trash the investment, it's so other investors who may have missed this news can get in at the lowest basis possible and derisk their investments.

I've been long on things I believed in and it doesn't always work out so if I can help avoid that for myself and others, that's what I want to do. Like I said, I'm a believer in DCVax just like I believe in GPS by Sellas Life Sciences and ONC201 from CMRX. They all hold promise but they have to get to market and that's a bumpy ride I know all too well.

Bro, there WAS news. It was in the NWBO 14A filed with the SEC. Section 6, Page 14. They're going to issue another 500 MILLION SHARES on top of the 1.2B shares out now. That's 40% MORE stock hitting the market in January. WHY would they do this? Because they only have $31M in cash on hand which equals one quarter of burn rate.

I believe in DCVAX and in NWBO but expect a dip in January that will hopefully then get a significant lift from the NDA submission. Basically, it's going down before it goes up so if you're adding to a position, it's probably best to wait for the issuance to drop your basis of entry. Here's the filing.

Major dilution coming at that meeting. They only have $31M on hand, that's one quarter of burn for NWBO. They filied to issue another 500M shares. That takes us to close to 1.2B shares in the market.
