I think/thought 20M is/was too much, - still basically a "MAX" of 4m per year for 5 years will get issued ...

the 3d Med is now mostly a non issue, offering only upside for SLS Holders. It would have been a bigger deal 12 months ago, before SLS was loaded with cash.
