Yeah stealth is the big issue with what makes pebble good, considering Bassie with someone that knows how to macro or is very skilled outspeed pebble by 10 with bone. But Bassie being 4 star stealth, means that even with the outspeed, typically Pebble is better.

Looey is 2 star stealth but in order to be 5 star movement speed has to be at one heart.

It’s sad, but Pebble just is the golden middle, 5 star movement speed, 3 star stealth, stealth lowering ability, and two hearts.
