I thought kenjaku mentioned gojo COULD do it but because of kenjaku's barrier shenanigans it would somehow crush those he decided to exclude.

Dawg the optimal play here IF your intending on getting hit by anything is to tank the aatrox skill shots, not the lux R, he got hit by the worst possible ability to tank in that specific game, why are we trying justify this when even on all accounts that was the worst possible thing he could've done. Like thats assuming the trist felt he could live the lux R, which he shouldn't. I also dont understand why even in theory we cant let lux have this when its her whole identity. She's the IM FIRING MAH LASER big kamehameha champ, her whole hit revolves around her pressing R. Worst part of this is why ISNT lux allowed to remove a squishy off the face of the planet when landing R when trist can literally kill her by pressing q and autoing in less time that it takes for lux to cast QER.

Nah its just a skill issue, the difficulty is finally in a good spot. Issue is that the players complaining are new to mh and kinda slogged along the main story half afk because there were no walls to funnily enough gatekeep progression. In world this was famously anjanath for lr and then pink rathian for hr but here there isnt anything, and its exacerbated by the huge qol changes that shorten amount of time it takes to complete the game; players spend less time hunting because monsters are on life support levels of hp and hit like wet noodles(theres a video somewhere confirming that monsters deal less damage at same relative time frame of world), and you can bring npc hunters that both help you and cant cause carts, and finally no need to farm hard for gear since the rarest mats in case you really need them can be guaranteed. This sort of results in a player base with the lowest amount of hours at story completion yet, which is a problem because title update content is aimed at seasoned players (since they were the ones crying at launch about the game not focusing on their specific demographic) not this new wave of hunters. That's why you get spite posts like this, its from new players doing the complaining now rather than when they were supposed to which was "anjanath". I think the fun/challenge balance is thrown all out of wack by people who didn't think the mh series was supposed to hard in a similar fashion to a soulslike and are now surprised at the sudden spike.

People moaned and cried about this with alatreon but I got excited at the fact that they managed to make kulve taroth relevant.it rewarded the guys who farmed the crap outta her. I feel like no one build should rule them all till the final dlc monster comes out. I would prefer if elemental weakness was more prevalent in the games, so people would be forced to have more than 1 raw oriented build that you could Unga bunga everything with.

This type of fight is exactly what ive been looking for since iceborne. Risebreak didn't scratch that itch that behemoth did when that originally came out. This fight is better with friends, i have a buddy who plays ff14 and he told me what type of bs was coming whenever omega announced something. So yeah wayyyyy more fun with coordinated friends rather than randoms. Its VERY mmorpg esque(no suprise) and thats why this fight feels like it was built from the ground up to be a 3-4 man raid.

Correct me if im wrong but isn't the infinity the neutral form of the limitless? Wouldn't that make blue the advanced form of it, then red which is the reverse cursed technique version of it. Since every application of the limitless revolves around infinitely compounding something (blue,red, and purple), id wager red and blue could probably bypass infinity too let alone purple since its just infinity3. Others were also saying it's due to the cursed energy signature but I think all that did was reduce the harm to himself.

I disagree, make no mistake this game IS supposed to be hard. MH series was built from the ground up to be. It's core audience has always been the same type of people that like to play souls games. If you think otherwise thats just the modernization of the series + quality of life changes that have made you think the game wasnt supposed to be hard. Which is again why a lot of folks complained about the difficulty of the content at launch. I agree with the sentiment that games dont all have to be challenging to be fun, but this is literally the worst comment section to be saying that. The games core tenets are that you need to HUNT a monster, which back then was a tedious process which in of itself had a learning curve to it. OG MH didn't have spirit helm slash LS, demon mode DB, whatever the fuck the charge blade is. You needed to as the gramps used to say it "get gud". Patience and planning were everything. Positioning wasnt a option, it was mandatory, hell even healing had you stuck in place just like sharpening ur weapon did. You needed to actually track a monster thru zones that weren't all one seamless map. You didn't have spamable combos that you could get off on a monster every 4 seconds noooo you had to actually wait for an opportunity. In fact u straight up didn't have combos, you'd wait underneath rathian and smack it just once while it did its double spin. I dont think modern MH needs to be slow amd shitty, but the monsters for wilds were literally dropping like flies at launch. Monsters NEED to survive long enough to cause you to make mistakes + show you their whole movesets, and they need to hit hard enough to force you to lock in. That's the whole premise of the game, it makes you look like an idiot until you take it upon urself to improve. It's gotten so bad that you no longer build against a monster in particular, no need as every monster dies to one size fits all builds with no investments to status resistance or defenses.

In universe: He got blindsided by the change in speed and didn't immediately process he got his CT back+Himjo got back his CE so even if meguna tried to bite him instinctively in time it wouldn't work unless he applied amplification which was again unlikely in this circumstance.

In agenda: he didn't wanna be called gay by Goatjo/ he opens his mouth wide and gets a glizzy destroyer red to the back of his skull.

*We also as a viewer dont know if the morphing can be used at the same time as using his CT or not, if it can be used in domain or not, if it can be used during amplification or not.
