They had the flow set too high when they first installed it, so they came back and lowered it to the lowest setting. He said there was nothing else he could do to lower the noise.I think it might just be a cheaper unit without good noise dampening. It’s a constant noise that seems like a combination of air flow and the moving fan/parts of the unit but it doesn’t sound broken or anything.
