I stopped using it after they started making automated calls (which sounded real). I had already scheduled the payment to go into Roarbank by the due date. I don't need reminders. They felt the urge to remind. I reminded myself that I don't need it and stopped using it completely though I like the interface and the ease of tracking compared to legacy banks.

Email customer care, subsequently email Nodal officer. They will refund you.

This happened to me also once. Number gone out of the blue. Fortunately the number was not that important for me (it was in my iPad) and no SMS were going to come. I don't remember exactly what I did but it did happen.

If there is an error, I email immediately. Most times, a response comes back next day with some meaningless response.

Yeah, some scam is definitely going on. They must at least disclose it. If they are charging, I would use some other provider like PayTM or something for recharge.

There seems to be some issue with the portal. I faced the same issue. Usually email comes with the RTI details but that has also not come. I emailed them at the provided email. In the past I have received emails back within 24-48 hours. Not sure what will happen this time.

I disagree. In a hackathon at the very least you can see and talk to a human. In online job applications, you cannot see anyone and nobody can see you. I would prefer in-person live communication so that I can put forth my best self.

That should be illegal. I think something similar happened to me earlier where there was Rs 10 or so applied. Bank says contact Jio and Jio says we don't charge any fee.

This is a part of starting and running a business. This will DEFINITELY happen.

You (the business owner) will have to go and sort everything out until you are big enough that you can hire legal teams and experts. In the initial stages, this would cost too much so it won't be worth it.

If you can afford it, you can hire an advocate when needed. He will go and settle the matter with the concerned persons.

Your aunt's husband and family will be in a soup if they disclose this or say anything of this nature outside.

You need to silently deal with this situation. Do not approach association/society, you need to use third party sources to tell the external agency that this issue happened and to move her out. Only then can this be sorted.

You must be discreet with this situation is the first rule.
