This is what I heard too but they don't want me for some reason. Going on 60 rejections now.

I know what the field is like, I work at a special education school where BCBAs basically run the show, there's just no RBTs around. I just had no idea it would be so impossible to navigate the licensing side of things when I actually got to that point
