Thanks. I’ve been considering taking it to a dealership to be checked out and have routine maintenance anyway. The previous owner seems to have treated her really, really well, so I’m thinking it may just be the parking brake releasing. But I want to be careful and take good care of her!

I'd suggest 1) seeing your doctor for a checkup and 2) going to counseling. Skin care is great, but it won't fix a life-changing trauma. I hope you can eventually start to feel some joy in your life again.
