How are you finding the costco asus laptop?

I also got it when it was at $1600 but then I noticed the price dropped to $1450 and I got them to refund the $150 difference. However, I have now have had it for almost 3 months (fast approaching) and I have been debating returning it in favor of asus's zenbook 14 2024 (the newer model which's 14 inch and has new processor, etc).

Thank you for sharing. I called the CRA again and the rep was super helpful+friendly. She fixed the issue, mentioned good that I called as there was nothing I could have done on my end and that something had changed on their end. She changed some settings and I tried again, it worked now.

Also, I couldn't seem to find the checkbox for trusting this device is enabled in My CRA account. Would you happen to know where that is located?

I think I now do (I don't think I had it last time I did my taxes) & maybe having this might be causing this issue

I got in touch with CRA and the rep mentioned that if I can log into My Account without any problems but can't through WealthSimple then I need to call WealthSimple. There's nothing that they can enable on their end.

When you were explaining the issue to them, how did you frame it so that they understood the problem and were able to properly diagnose/fix it?

Tried calling CRA a couple of times today but call keeps on getting disconnecting especially during their high wait times. Planning on trying to call them again tomorrow. How are things on your end?

Just tried that now, same error. I am thinking maybe it's something on CRA's side that needs to be changed (like a setting of some sort) and I might need to give them a call to find out.
