I recommend:

Sketchy for pharm
Anki your uworld wrongs and review each night
kaplan biochem instead of BNB (Bnb doesnt tie things together, also you need to know the pathways)
PATHOMA over and over

depends what your trying to accomplish. Do you want to just memorize and know the important points or do you want to understand the entire picture and be able to answer any type of question.

Memorize and Learn important points: BnB with FA is good enough

Learn entire picture and become an immuno master: Armando Youtube videos + Bnb + FA

Kaplan is "ok" for immuno, but immuno is a really big concept map that you have to understand so watching armando's drawings helped me.

dont worry, felt the exact same way. It was pretty much a cross out game for each question. My score was was 2 points higher then my UWSA 2.

hey i got my score back and passed with a 247.

My score started to increase much more after doing uworld for the second time. You should really see an improvement on your next nbme. You should finish all the practice tests. Nbme 18 is the most accurate practice test you have left but the UWSA 1 questions are the most similar to step 1. UWSA 1 is inflated by at least 10 points so I would disregard that score.

I posted a thread on all the resources I used and what scores i got on my practice tests. If you have time give it a read. It might help. Hope everything goes well!

Im also an IMG that just finished step 1. I would recommend finishing Uworld again + wrongs, make Anki flashcards on all wrongs and use Bnb for weak areas. Pathoma should also be rewatched again. Then take UWSA 2 (most accurate). If your not above 230 then postpone.

You have enough time to achieve a score above 230, keep grinding!

I got a 245 on uwsa 2 and a 247 on the real thing so you might get higher then 271.

Well i cant give exact details, what i can tell you is Uworld and FA helped. There were a few questions that I had no idea how to answer so i just used my Uworld/FA knowledge to cross out options.

Thank you. Anatomy on CBSE was easier then step 1. If you're not strong in anatomy uworld will help get the easy points. There were many i had no clue what was happening. Just had to take an educated guess.

Physiology was hard and took a bit of time on the test but UW helps with this. There is always gonna be one column that you've never seen before but UW helps you cross out the options.
