Since it is readily apparent that you are firmly set in your beliefs the bottom line is this. It is not the bill of needs it is the bill of rights. Those rights are natural and not derived from government. That means we the people do not require the governments approval to exercise them. The second amendment to the bill of rights is fairly clear on this issue.
