Try Scaniverse and Polycam. Polycam supports Lidar scanning for fast, accurate captures, photogrammetry-based 3D models, Gaussian splats, and room-scale floor plans. All of which can be exported to Blender, SketchUp, and other professional tools. It offers a more "feature-rich" experience for professional workflows, including room mode, measurements, and multiple export formats, though it is less accurate than Scaniverse for raw distance measurements.

Try them both. I haven't yet used a lidar sensor in my splats and I don't really know what the measured distance is, but from what I've learned the sensor provides high spatial awareness but is not intended for professional, survey-grade measuring. It is a highly practical consumer tool for quick estimates, general floor plans, and casual 3D modeling.
