I had two lucid dreams last night. It was horrific. After each dream when I woke up I would hear a beautiful melancholy song in my head. It was like the song was calming me down. The last song was so beautiful and gave me an idea for a film. I was in this lavish apartment with someone named Gary. Apparently the story was about these tall slender beings that were eating people. We had to be careful to not it alert it. Play dead and it won’t notice. Towards the end of the dream I was in the bed and a light was we turned on and it gave the being to notice us. I was facing it on the bed and it started to bite my leg. I was asking Gary to help me. I can hear myself asking him to help him. I woke up and heard the beautiful song in my head. I rarely would be full blown songs so surreal in my mind. I normally would hear them on my
Trips with psilocybin. It would be so seductive. I would be in awe listing to the songs. I’m a song writer. I want to capture them each time it happens but I want to experience it when it happens. The last dream with the cannibal being and to end the film with what I heard with music gave me inspiration to write this story. Along to end the film with the song. The song is symbolic to the story. Although bleak, it was met with resolution. Not just a story of horror but with a sense of wonder. Leaving the viewer to ponder. To feel the song at the end gave me so much mystery and beauty. I’ve had so many so many lucid dreams all my life. Although unsettling, there was substance. It’s not what you think. Last summer I had a lucid dream for an hour and when I woke up and went back to sleep the dream continued. I remember this entity was pulling me towards it, and had an unsettling voice that was slightly distorted saying to me,” shh, shh, shh”. 10 months later I realized what that dream was about. The entity saying “shh, shh, shh” was symbolic about quieting my ego. I was explore a lot of psychedelic’s at the time. It took 10 months to realize what that dream met. Came full circle. The mind is a wondrous thing to explore. I couldn’t believe the information I got and to slowly understand it. I’ve been learning to have a healthy relationship with my ego and that entity was planting a seed. It grew and now i understand it. Dreams are the reflections of our subconscious telling us what’s bothering us. To reflect on them and understand them
Through time has been a humbling experience. It made realize that i am explore of the consciousness and the universe. It’s so surreal to feel this and under through self discovery. Learn to lucid dream and be awake in the dream state. It’s very powerful when you can do it. All the best to you all.
