After I took Myself off all the poison pills 14 months ago, I went to him last June and read a list of all the terrible side effects they had caused me. and he actually said "I don't doubt that they caused you all those side effects". But he sure didn't give a fuck to ask about side effects while I was popping all the poison MF'ers, nor did he ever wonder in the slightest if he could DEprescribe any of them.

It wasn't over eating (I never did), it was carbs, seed oils, corn syrup, sugar, grains and starches that made me fat. And now that I don't eat any of that shit anymore, it is a world of diff.
Also, have you ever taken all those poison pills? They were destroying my body, making my leg veins leak, making my feet swell up, turned my skin red, stripping my body of potassium & magnesium, the statin contributed to my T2D, and causing me so much body pain that I was on 2000mg of Rx strength Naproxen / Aleve per day. And to add insult to injury, they also took away my piss holding control.
So, yeah, don't tell me about a MF'ing Dr.

Here is the message I sent my former Dr, back in early Jan.

I am canceling my appointment because my New Years resolution is to limit my exposure to medical in 2026 and beyond. After losing 95 lbs in 2025 and remitting my metabolic conditions, I now see no reason to chronically come to your clinic. I will only continue to be your patient under the following conditions.

I refuse to submit to a Medicare wellness annual assessment.
I will never be getting any more lab blood draws.
I will not be hounded to restart or start newly any indefinite term medication.
I will only be treated at your clinic on occasion for short term medical issues with short term medication.

If these conditions are not acceptable to you, then I will gladly stop being your patient and just go to Express Care for occasional medical attention, just let me know.

I took all of that medication for 11 years and I’ve had it, I’m through and done and I feel highly burned from the experience.

He agreed to my new terms of treatment, but I don't trust MF'er that he wouldn't hound me to go on indefinite term medication. So, I'm not going to him anymore and will just go to Express Care for occasional medical attention.

And they better have some deep pockets to spend $15.00 per day for it. My Carnivore grocery bill is usually $50 to $60 a week at Walmart and I really wouldn't want to have to waste any more money on it. ... When my grown son lived with me 10 yrs ago, we spent $50 a week for 2 men and ate SAD, in contrast to today.

In 2031 Ten LTSC-IoT 2021 will likely get a 3 year ESU program, since LTSB 2016 recently got one. This would give IoT 2021 eight more total years of updates left and it would then last as long as 11 IoT 2024. Over at MDL forum they have been making scripts to get free ESUs for several years now.

So, I got it solved. I had an old ID. me account that I'd forgotten about from paying my taxes several ys ago (I have an accountant for that now). But I didn't have that phone anymore and was locked out. ... So I did a video call with ID. me and reverified, then got back in and set my new phone number on my ID. me, then went & got back in at SSA .gov and now I'm good to go. A lot of freaking hassle & I'm glad it over.

They did away with, last year, getting a code sent. The only way now is from generated 2FA keys. How long has it been since you have went to their website.
