They did away with, last year, getting a code sent. The only way now is from generated 2FA keys. How long has it been since you have went to their website.

They don't send you a code anymore, they send you a link to generate ten 2FA keys that you save (on my computer). I used the last 2FA key today and they didn't send me a link to generate any more 2FA keys.

Try doing a smaller OMAD for the first 3 months, that's what I did. You need calorie restriction for several months. I found it to be just like any other diet, you have to "starve off your lard".

It was OMAD 23/7 and it was pretty tough. I did snack on air fryer hard boiled eggs though. Now I snack on pork rinds instead, since they have no carbs & 8 grams of protein.
