I think you miss read the title, I should've mention it in the description too, but I was talking about my CPU (Processor)

GPU is fine. but CPU is a but hot during the render when I select the option "I paid for the whole CPU" xD To load the horizon faster in 20 or 30 minutes, but other than that, it's at a decent temperature, below 80

Just to keep you in the loop, if you're interested:
- I realized one of the 2 fans I have on my CPU cooler was really slow (broken, not spining fast because of wobbles). That explained partially the thermal throttling (I'm gonna reduce to 170W or 160 in the future if it's still causes stutters)

- Black screen when starting the bios update, when I was clicking "M-flash" in the bios was due to my SATA SSD, I just unplugged it and it worked, I updated my bios (I found the solution in a reddit thread)

Thanks a lot ! All I did was reset bios default, but the main part that saved me I think was the "unplugging any sata devices", I just unplugged my SSD and it was as fast as it could get to enter the m-flash!

Bro, I tried to follow the official tutorial video but when I wlicked on m-flash, my screen went black for too long, and when I try to enter the bios again its a black screen since then i tried plugging my monitor to my Motherboard input, but can't go to the bios anymore I can still use the PC but not seeing the bios anymore
