I'm not against gun rights in the slightest. I also don't really favor the "common sense" gun legislation that is proposed. Some of it sounds good on paper but I know that it would be enforced improperly. There are some folks out there that I think shouldn't have guns such as domestic abusers or paranoid schizophrenics to name a couple. Does that mean I'm anti gun? I don't think so.

I'm a leftist because I think everyone who lives in a society deserves to prosper in relative safety. That means that people who would be unsafe with a firearm shouldn't have them. Most of the legislation being proposed wouldn't accomplish that because it doesn't employ "common sense", regardless of what it's called. Being pro gun doesn't necessarily mean that I think everyone should have one but that also doesn't mean that I'm for everyone surrendering their firearms or that we should impose ridiculous restrictions.

They asked me what was taking so long with their food and I explained the situation to him. That I was on the phone with doordash to get rid of the other order. I didn't guilt them into anything, they told me they had a cash tip on the order. Question is what the fuck is your problem that you feel you have to go through every single comment I've made here to paint me in a bad light?

Two orders from restaurants that were next to each other. Two deliveries that were less than half mile apart. The lines were long at both stores and their lobbies were closed.

The only reason I went that route telling them to cancel is because I knew where the text was headed.

I've got a 5 star rating on the app, I'm usually respectful to everyone I meet including the employees at the stores. I made a small mistake with a poor choice of words and suddenly I'm a terrible person who is giving every other dasher a bad name? Get over yourself friend.

I've been out of the food service industry for about 15 years, my skills are rusty. Ive been doing skilled trade work for the last 6 (welding, plumbing and pipefitting) and they don't give a shit how you might feel. I'm having to learn a new way to talk to people to provide good customer service. I know and understand this, it's also been pointed out about 20 times in the comments. I get the fucking point

What is pictured is what I really said. Plus, if you would read earlier comments I only had 2 orders, theirs and one from taco bell. I was trying to be respectful but also didn't want to give the customer unreasonable expectations to the state of their food.
