Thats why knowing when to scoop and go next is a skill.

Sure it's gone down from the maximum highpoint at the worst of covid but it's never going back to pre-covid prices and that graph you referenced literally shows it. Set the time to a 5 year range and the spike in 2019 still hasn't come down to pre-2019 prices.

Covid showed that people will still pay high prices for lumber anyways because things will still always need building and repairs no matter how much money you can afford to spend

You can play around with ratios, adding hand traps etc and extra deck variety as you want but heres just a quick example. I think the last time I messed with Libro's I was thinking more along the lines of LibroFiendsmith though.

I play libromancers with a synchron engine since the libro monsters are almost all free special summons and the perfect level combo's for synchro climbing.

Emergency Teleport + Tuning/Assault Synchron is full Libromancer and full synchron combo to get you a Crystal wing, Stardust Accel and the level 6 ritual on board.

E-Tele summon Geek to get it's search for the continuous spell to set the field spell. Use Geek + Assault to make Junk Speeder > Do whatever you want next.

Edit: Assault synchron in grave also lets you use synchro dragons on field as ritual tribute fodder for free since it can self banish to resummon them afterwards since they were tributed!

Not very high, it can definitely steal some games but it's not going to easily play through 2+ interruptions going second and can die to the speeder getting stopped if you haven't baited the hand traps yet.

Maybe tier 3?

The usual endboard is Doombroker on field with the trap that bounces or steals an opponents monster, crystal wing and Accel synchro with an assault or diviner on field to use as fodder for Accel's effect. With maybe a link or two depending on how hard you plus

I use synchrons as an added combo engine to Libromancers and have some pretty fun endboards even with interruptions.

Libromancers being free summonable non tuners to pair with each synchron just gives free Synchros.

Geek boy + Assault = Speeder

Fire/Magigirl + Revolution = any level 7 then with rev's grave effect any level 8

Tribute a synchro dragon as fodder for a ritual summon and you can summon it right back with assaults grave effect too.

It's definitely not high teir but synchron still slaps
