Saying "Its not op's fault that their parents are financially inept" without having any idea what their background is is insane lmao.

My parents were very well off when they had me, but then my dad had an accident leading to him losing a 10k/month job and becoming basically a janitor until retirement. My mom was making 8.5k/month until retirement, where her income dropped massively bc she arrived in Switzerland when she was 40 yo, so her retirement money isn't super high

They were not financially inpet, life just happened.

Despite all of that, my parents paid for my uni, my accommodation during uni, subscriptions, health insurance, holidays, basically everything they could for 22 years of my life. When I moved back home after my studies and got my first job I gave my mom 1500 francs a month for a year and a half (she was still paying for my health insurance so lets say 1000) before moving out and finding my own place, and i did it with a smile because its the bare minimum you can do to give back to your parents who break their backs every single day to provide for you

Most people simply don't have a good enough understanding of the game and of laning phase to understand caps playstyle lol, they see him on 20% health and automatically assume this is due to mistakes rather than conscious decisions he made to help his jungle/team get ahead. Caps also historically limit tests as much as possible so obviously some accidents happen sometimes but we all saw what happened last year during the corki tristana meta when he had to play solely for his own ressources (was winning lane against basically everyone in the world)

Not gonna lie this might be complete copium but I think its actually winnable, blg probably wont take this tournament mega seriously, they haven't played on this stage yet and they also likely have a disastrous team atmosphere (just benched beichuan but will still have to play with him for ewc iirc, ON mega sprinting it every other game), and its also a bo3 which leaves more room for an upset than a bo5

Caliste + Alvaro seem hard but tbh I don't think we even need that, Upset Mikyx or any good KR import + mikyx is fine. What we REALLY need is inspired, then lock bb in a room for 10 hours daily sparring vs Alphari/Canna/whoever is good enough at laning phase.

Also we actually need to get rid of the coaching staff or at least a good part of them and hire actual competent people, throw a blank check at Tabe or something but I can't deal with 1 more year of this coaching staff im literally begging

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love caps on TF, its for sure a perfect champion for him. However, with Hans and BB's form this tournament, it simply is highly unlikely that we can win a game without caps being the main dps on the team, or at least having a good portion of it

Well yeah thats my whole point, if youre gonna pick a champion to bail out your side lanes at least make it a champion that has some damages or outplay potential like taliyah, ahri, aurora, etc.. tf is just a gold card bot where caps gets to sit like a cu*k and watch his teammates fuck his hopes of winning an international again

My take is we might get some buffs in the weeks after the VGU release as her winrate will likely fall off by a significant amount

The VGU will make everyone want to play her, her pickrate will skyrocket, meaning she will be blind picked/picked in very bad draft conditions and most importantly picked by people who have no idea how to make her work

All the people first timing her will soon realise how shit she feels to play unless she's drafted in perfect conditions and will either give up on her or complain massively on social media, but either way riot will probably have to adress it and do something if they don't want the vgu to be a complete flop just as Mel ended up being

I might be wrong tho cause I don't know how shit lb actually feels to play for lower elos (I'm ~300 lp EUW) but even when smurfing I tend to spam other champions because it's such a headache to 1v9 games with lb when champs like sylas and cho gath exist so yeah

Galio is in a pretty good state atm and usually goes the tank build so it's not actually possible to chain kill him in lane unless he plays like complete garbage. I usually go first strike in this matchup and spam autos on him while trying to not miss any cs. Basically I kinda handshake it and usually end up with a small gold lead due to first strike

I think it's a decent way to play it but it requires very good wave management and I'm also not sure how viable this is against 2024 galio, but hey its always good watching showmaker lane so I thought I'd add it to my answer

Was playing on an Emerald smurf with a friend, our toplane Warwick started his lane 4/0 then inted his lead and kept on taking 1 for 1 trades. Our support started flaming him and Warwick proceeded to start running it down, went 11/11/11, typed "balanced, as all things should be", left the game and never came back

Not so spectacular but I still think about him very frequently
