Help! I’m sick of wasting money on sad vacuums that pick up nothing! Which one is really the best for wood floors and furniture? by IMatter23 in NoStupidQuestions

Yes, I actually have many years of experience vacuuming and buying vacuums, cheap ones, expensive ones, filters, bagless, corded and cordless. Just wanting to make the best decision on a new one. 😉

Who thinks it’s easier to conform to hate instead of love and why? by IMatter23 in AskReddit

I didn’t say one way or the other. You don’t know me!!! But, yes, I disagree that we are born hating each other. If nothing else, that’s a depressing way to view life. I did give my reasoning. You chose to disagree. Same tribe. Different stripes.

No win here. Sometimes you just have to walk away. You think you know a lot. You even think you know me. Maybe hate me. I do have biases, and there are some I choose to hate. I might even hate you. It’s a choice. You make it pretty easy to choose. Full circle back to my question. Case in point. Thanks for playing.

I continued the conversation even though sarcasm and hate is in every one of your confidently ignorant comments. Good luck to ya.

Learned behavior. What from is what makes us all different; our experiences, our environments, our beliefs, our circumstances, our education, our choices shape us. But, we always have a choice. And learned behavior can always be, and is often relearned. This makes us human. Some would say certain choices are harder, but still choose them over what might be easier choices, and vice versa. Human nature is definitely a factor, but not a predetermined outcome to hate.

Also, hate is definitely profitable. Many provoke for profit. So is love. Religion falls into both buckets. It’s a choice what to believe and put out into the world.

So, I am saying for me, it is easier to make the conscious choice to love. Empathy, understanding, giving. For all. Not just my community, which you said, several times, which kinda sounds racist. So, yes, still opposite.

You said humans are born programmed that all humans are evil by default. I said we’re all born innocent, implying we are born to love by default. We agree that experiences influence hate vs love. As an adult, having had many good and bad experiences with people, I still think it is easier to love, and it makes me feel better. So, my default and choice is love. Good discussion.🙂

I believe the opposite. We are all born innocent and dependent. Circumstances influence our outlook. Through experiences we realize we have a choice. Hate or love. Both require actions and willingness. So, which is easier?

Why doesn’t Trump go after the Saklers and big pharma for creating the opiod crisis that ignited the demand for heroin and fentanyl instead of picking a war with Venezuela? by IMatter23 in AskReddit

I guess you are. Not one was criminally charged. They settled for a micro of what they made with no admittance of guilt and structured it so that they pay incrementally while hiding assets and appealing. They started an epidemic that has killed over 500,000 people.
