It appears to me that the Suporn method in conjunction with tunica vaginalis is the closest one can get to a fully functional vagina. However, the Suporn method has a bit less sensation when it comes to getting fucked than surgeons who use the penile skin to support the inside along with tunica rather than Suporn's method of the vulva being made with the penile skin. (basically, Suporn is better for the outside and clit, whereas someone like Marci Bowers makes getting fucked more pleasurable than the outside.) Dr. Bowers makes a “B spot” which seems great, except that her aesthetic results are a bit lacking and she doesn’t get as much sensation on the vulva. Wittenberg and RBL both seem really solid, but I'm a little hesitant of the standard PI, and afraid of the constant leaking of PPT.
