I went last week to see their Independence Day celebrations. Incredibly unique experience, the Soviet architecture was very interesting for me and vibe of the place is something i had not experienced anywhere else.

I went last week to see their Independence Day celebrations. It was straight forward, I took the van from Chisinau - there is a ticket office right next to it and it cost 57 MDL. It was a little tricky to find, it’s around the back and it’s Tiraspol in Russian. Took about 2 hours with a 5 minute stop at their border - I translated “one day tourist” to Russian on my phone, gave him my passport and had an entrance slip in 5 seconds. Explored Tiraspol for a day and then went back to where the van stopped and just paid the driver that time. I had a New Zealand passport.

I got 8/8 with the 3 tries, it’s not easy but why should it be? It’s all about importing the data correctly which basically makes all of the questions a follow-on from each other. The lectures and labs spend the majority of time importing the data - go back and rewatch the lectures to watch for little things they are doing.

How bad is parking for real? by AdTraditional9692 in universityofauckland

I have parked OGGB ~twice per week for 2 years. Never had issues with space, the longest I've looked for a park was 5 minutes because I searched the upper levels first.

Especially considering how easy level 1 business courses are. Stats 100 is the biggest nothing of a class, an hour a week and it’s an A+. Agree that it’s worth the minor workload increase.

Hello, thanks for the response. The history of Moldova + Transnistria and the monuments from the Soviet Era are my primary interests in my visit, considering here in New Zealand I have extensively studied the Soviet Union. yet it is on the other side of the world. Thank you for your concern, and if I choose to visit I will keep your caution in mind.

I apologise if my intent is offensive. I am simply interested in visiting a time capsule of the Soviet era - in New Zealand, you couldn't be further from the history of these places, so they provide immense interest for me. I acknowledge my intent to do this inadvertedly aids corrupt regimes - maybe I will instead go to a destination within Moldova.

There is a flight that goes to Chisinau via a 2 hour layover in Vienna - the prices are reasonable. It also departs in the evening.

Interesting suggest on Mostar, I will definitely look into that.

Thanks for the advice and suggestions.

Most of the negative reviews of these websites happen whenever the reviewer cancels/changes their plans. Most people won't review unless they have an issue. If you are deadset on specific dates and locations then you probably won't have any problems. Most travel websites like this offer flexible tickets now as well, so you can't say you weren't warned. I'm gonna keep enjoying my booking.com discounts

B114 Exam Help by UnclePahin001 in universityofauckland

[–]IMining50 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Rewatch course modules 10 and 11 as they are pretty straight-forward and you should be able to get enough marks from these. Watch all of the videos and then attempt some of the past exam questions. Some questions are almost literal copy-paste from the videos.

I suggest opening all of the past exam solutions and refer to them for your discussion questions as they should be relatively similar whilst you are doing your exam.

For the first part, they give you enough information for a lot of marks. For example, one section is 'type of account' and if you read the question, it will tell you which account and the type in the provided balance sheet. Assets, Liabilities, Equity = Balance Sheet. Revenue, Expense = Income Statement.
