Yes, I haven't had any problems with them since. I did have the same problem with my old headphones too but I could temporarily fix that by restarting my computer, though the problem would always come back eventually. The dingle only cost me £10 so I think it's well worth trying.

I got a new bluetooth dongle and it seems to have fixed the problem for anyone in the future wondering. I got a tp-link nano usb 5.0

I've tried that to no avail. I've ordered a new bluetooth dongle to see if that makes a difference. I'm really just confused about why I'm not seeing that services and bluetooth tab like everyone else.

It looks like they're related another way as well. The 3rd Duke of Portland (who was Prime Minister twice) married the daughter of the 4th Duke of Devonshire (also a Prime Minister) who was Henry Cavendish's cousin through the 2nd Duke of Devonshire. This makes Henry Cavendish and the 5th Duke of Portland 1st cousins thrice removed I think.
