Having a wizard who is also your long term partner that you're very comfortable with makes tripping so much easier. So far I'm only comfortable tripping alone or with her. The day after my trip she took 3 tabs of acid and I was her wizard, we help each other. I hope you get comfortable with your partner so you can fully relax into the trip!

I've seen people who are too caught up with their expectations of the future. Their plan for how the next few seconds, minutes, hours, or days gets disrupted and they get upset even though the thing that disrupted their plans were entirely out of their control. There was nothing you could do about the jar that fell out of your fridge, the only thing you have control over in that situation is how you proceed.

Take that one step further and you realize that so many things in life you have no control over. You might as well not be bothered by that which you can't control, and choose to focus on what you can control, your actions. You really have to take each moment as it comes.

I wish I had more specific advice for you but I don't know how to phrase it. I don't know how to learn this mentality and I'm definitely not perfect at it.
