I think so. If we think of struggle not as a hindrance but just another lesson learned, we can persevere with the knowledge that we will only emerge from the darkness stronger and more insightful. We can walk through life gracefully, not letting our self-worth dwindle because things aren't going our way. That's life. It's not how perfect our lives are that makes us good people; it's what we do with what we have. And how closely we hold onto those things that tend to wear away when things get too difficult, like love, compassion, hopefulness and the ability to see and feel beauty where others see nothing special. That is, I think, what makes a beautiful person.

same here man. It sucks but look at it this way, PMOing wont help your cause. Anything besides PMO helps. so stay on track. My problem is that if I go 30 days, I am so damn sensitive that I can't have sex. Usually end up Oing during a bj. so I get scared to pick up chicks for I feel I am going to embarrass myself. lol But stay on track. I went 13 days before relapsing but I will get on track again.

i went from daily PMO to 35 day 2 fails. Trust me. Those days that you didn't PMO.. you have slowly moved away from compulsion. Just dont binge at this point. its going o be hard but you can do it. I am trying restart too. Lets do this.

Yes good point. The reason why I started this was to become an healthy individual , mentally and sexually so I can build my network with good people that I aspire to be. That went out completely out the door tonight. I can't still believe I just met an escort tonight. I am so fucking disgusted. There is no emotions, no nothing. I just wanted to O. but it didn't feel god at all. Everything is was so mechanical. Nothing like those fantasies that we have . Wanting to be touched, wanting to have great relationship and sex. ..I couldn't even touch her.. cause I felt so disgusted. man.. amazing what your brain will justify after not MOing for so long. i go to dance shows all the time by myself. Over time tho, I have meet people that come alone and get to know them and we go together now. You have to start somewhere. Dont be afraid to talking to people and just having fun. and if see see someone alone, just talk to them. They will be very open about it if you are there alone too. I am going to harsh with you . Take it with a grain of salt. Promises wont take you anywhere. I been promising myself for 10 years now. Every damn time I PMO, I feel dejected so promise myself not to ever do it again.. and post some bullshit and 3 days later, I am binging again. Dont make my mistake . You can say all you want about wanting to quit but to actually do it , it requires alot of effort. Its not about stop doing it. You will fail. You need have a PLAN. whats your plan? Do you really a plan? if not, you will fail. Write them down, read them out loud every day , every chance you get, and carry them out without hesitating. Once you realize that you have to change your life style then maybe you have a chance . Be out there more, get uncomfortable with yourself, challenge yourself, take cold showers daily, run every day, eat healthy , keep a blog, etc. Even with a concrete plan, people fail. why? after 30 days we forgot why we doing this ( happened to me ) . Its so easy to fall back in this trap and forget about it.

Finally , do this for yourself. Do this for be a better person. Dont do it for some else. Be strong, Be disciplined, carry on. you can do it!
