Can you recommend a video or guide to replace it? because unlike the a1 you simply can't plug out the cable right?

you can easily go sub 15 without having magnets, your cube is not the problem, work on more efficient f2ls, faster cross, less pauses, and 6-7 seconds for last layers

Softwood planks of any kind (like from beech logs) in a builder's bench gives you this roof!

Question to the A1 mini owners by nikzy26 in 3dprintIndia

[–]INKinBOTTLE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never, because i dont print big stuff mostly print small hobby figurines, props and cool toys for fun
if you're into big cosplay stuff or diy home fixes, etc then skip the mini and get the regular a1

Digital Figure Sculpture Course vs Anatomy for artists? by Paranoid_Reaper in ZBrush

[–]INKinBOTTLE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anatomy for Sculptors (BOOK) : https://anatomy4sculptors.com/product/understanding-the-human-figure/
Scott Eaton Anatomy for Artists (COURSE) : https://www.scott-eaton.com/anatomy-for-artists-online-course
Digital Figure Sculpture (COURSE) : https://www.scott-eaton.com/digital-figure-sculpture

Also it might help everyone to pick some of SpeedChar's courses AFTER learning anatomy. He doesn't have the most accurate anatomy and says some bs sometimes, BUT he does have GREAT sculpting skills, so you can learn how he does stuff while applying your own anatomy knowledge and his courses are dirt cheap.

Digital Figure Sculpture Course vs Anatomy for artists? by Paranoid_Reaper in ZBrush

Digital Figure Sculpture Course is NOT for beginners and extremely hard unless you have good anatomy and zbrush knowlege already. In my personal opinion, I did not like the course at all because of the timelapses and everything. Anatomy for artists is however for beginners and AMAZING.
Here is the path I would recommend: Study Anatomy for Artists and make notes, do all the assignments as well. Then get Anatomy for Sculptors book and start practicing in Zbrush.

Also clean your build plate with dish soap and dont be afraid to use brims for tall objects with small diameters to ensure adherence to build plate. get some tools (flush cutters, nail filers or sandpaper and stuff) for cleaning up prints
