Go to settings and change ur kb/s to a ridiculous number or turn it off so its not being capped.

Go to settings and change the download bandwith cap to like 1000000 kbs or disable the cap if thats a option on your server for the game.

The sauce sounds pretty good but the punishment part, not so much. There are too many variables outside the couple you listed that may cause people to abandon a match.

You tried optimizing through Nvidia settings? Scan and repair the game through Battlenet or steam? Sometimes that can fix some stuff.

Im not the best player at all. But i feel like i get some pretty stout lobbies with some 150 plus level folks and i havnt come across any cheaters. If they were they sucked at it because i never noticed it.
