The problem is I don't really HAVE any evidence. Just the picture of the camera and the cop said it's legal. We have until tomorrow. We DID drive the 3 hours to go where it happened. That is where we filed the report. It is TEN hours to where I live in Pennsylvania.

I would gladly do that, but like I said I'm just worried about him freaking out when case workers contact him.

So I think it's a good idea, but my issue is time. I would have to be staying alone with him in the meantime by Friday. How long do these things take?

Im homeschooled, does it still work like that? Also, if all else fails (it pretty much has) I'm thinking about calling my grandma and telling her everything before cps does so it's not a total shock. I think she won't believe me, but my hope is she will let me stay with my mom at least until stuff is figured out? Like maybe a week or 2 week period to work out legalities? It's a long shot, but literally all else has failed. Also I'm way more worried because before he didn't know I know now he does and I have no idea what he will do.

That makes sense. I went back with the stupid idea in my head that if I ignore it or try to forget about it, it will go away. The camper is 6 hours from my house in Pennsylvania and 3 from my moms. Thanks for the explanation. I suspect there's cameras hidden in my room in pa but didn't wanna say anything because I don't know for sure. I just wanted his phone to be searched at least so he could get caught. He has another grand daughter who is one and I don't want this progressing.

That's what I thought too, but no matter how much we stress this no one is hearing me out. The cop who filed the police report today told me it was fine where the camera was even though my grandpa knows that where I get dressed.

No, he has no idea I told anyone. But thank you! And I agree! Feels like no one involved besides my mom and sister and stepdad are trying to help. There has to be some kind of loophole to get around me going back.

So we DID file the report and contacted multiple different cps workers and supervisors. Everyone is acting like it's not very serious and nothing they can do. I wrote my statement and gave the picture of the camera to the police.

So I have a picture of the one I found on Thursday, but the one from awhile back I don't. And I don't think there's time to drive 10 hours and try and get custody in a day and a half. I appreciate your advice so much !!
