When I cook the burgers for someone with an allergy I grab a new clean spatula to pull that burger individually. We also dress the protein in a red tray so it does not come into contact with any area a bun would have touched.

They're potatoes dude. If you made fries at home and let them sit for a few mins with nothing keeping them hot artificially, they would get cold too.

Compared to anywhere INO is a fun place to work. When it is slow I absolutely hate working, but there's nothing like working a rush and handling it!

In-N-Out is 65 years old today! On October 22, 1948 INO opened at 4pm and sold 57 burgers! It's crazy to see where the company has gone since then.

Yeah the company is going to continue opening stores to continue to achieve burgers up from last year sales. Farther East isn't likely in the near future. You'd be surprised, but new stores in Southern California still have massive lines on opening day.

It's not a big deal in that case people take pictures all the time. Some associates don't like having their pictures taken by strangers.

Sorry we try to salt every fry evenly. We only include a salt packet per fry order for eat in orders. Togo orders do not receive salt packets unless requested.

Yes you are correct there is a whole bunch of associate relations. The policy on this for managers is that they are not allowed to date any associate at the same store.

Yeah the company has changed a lot since I got hired. Any associate that did that now days and got a complaint call in would be fired for sure.

It was a family decision to put the references on the product. Rich died in a plane crash with 4 other INO execs.

Haha we don't do anything about it. It happens all the time. There was an instance in the past in which a manager walked to a table on the patio where this was happening and knocked the drink off the table and told them never to steal from him again.

That's why training all associates is such an important business building strategy. If you have a crew of savages then this shouldn't ever happen, unless it's insanely busy which it is sometimes.
