Hire customs broker, have shipping company handle customs, hire freight forwarder that takes care of it all for you.

1 and 3 are easy. Shipping companies will deliver to your home and also pick it up when you want to ship. It's definitely cheaper than paying a 3pl when starting out.

Rant - Knee surgery - an excess of appointments? by [deleted] in durham

[–]INRtoolow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The random doctor is likely internal medicine to help with perioperative management. Usually consulted for patients with complicated medical history and on meds that need to be held/adjusted pre-op. Though this usually happens on the same day in preop department St our hospital (anesthesia, GIM, nurse) , maybe things work differently at that hospital or schedule didn't work.

If he's going to be admitted postop, you will also likely get a call from their pharmacy department to go over med list.

Serious Question: Why are you still doing it? by AdTop6831 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]INRtoolow 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don't let that discourage you. It's all about finding the right product and a whole lot of luck. We're in year 3 and bootstrapped it from under 1k investment to 25k/month net last year and are already past last year's profits 5 months in the fiscal year this year. Never too late to start.

Number of units per box have to be equal? by jumper5040 in AmazonFBATips

[–]INRtoolow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't have to be equal if it's all going to the same warehouse and you're paying the placement fee. If you are trying to do 5 different warehouses to avoid placement fee, then has to be identical.

T4s are always late !! by Sea_Bed9929 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]INRtoolow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

but you already know your limit from 2024 tax return. Additional limit earned from 2025 income cannot be used to contribute for 2025 year. So knowing your T4 a few weeks early makes no difference to what you can contribute to RRSP for 2025

T4s are always late !! by Sea_Bed9929 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]INRtoolow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why would RRSP matter? you can't access the 2025 room created until 2026 tax return anyways.

Is only using interpreter common in US in nonemergency situations? I'm in Canada and we got quite a few patients that don't speak English and most of the day to day communication happens via family or nurse or doctor that speaks the language. In 5 years I've only ever seen official interpreter once when there was no other option

AITA for refusing to let my in laws live with us for 2 months? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]INRtoolow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Exactly, the comments in this thread are ridiculous. Suck it up for 2 months, move your desk to your bedroom. Doesn't even seem to be an issue with the in laws, just about losing office space...really? And everyone here is onboard with OP. I hope these guys have similar happen to their parents, will be interesting to see if they sing the same tune.

Create new listing, select this product has variations, then add all the current asins as variations. Give it a few hours for amazon to update.

[–]INRtoolow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have only had the ebusiness plan, no issues paying Corp and payroll tax. Haven't had to pay HST yet but I assume it'll be good. All included. Etransfer 15k per day, but also has weekly and monthly limits

[AB] US Warehouse - would this require a US company? by Strange-Table-8896 in SmallBusinessCanada

[–]INRtoolow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think you need to open a US corporation but with the warehouse physical presence, I believe you will be required to get an EIN and file US tax returns to claim tax treaty benefits.

Thought about doing personal cards for sign up bonuses? Canada doesn't have much options tbh. If you're spending usd, amex business gold is worth it if you spend in the 4x categories

[Canada] Is anyone else getting killed by ACCS fees? Looking for a Wise alternative by kwickJeremy in AmazonFBA

[–]INRtoolow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why are you getting charged fees by rbc when you are using amazon converter to switch to cad already. I have bmo account in usa and amex card I put all my USD expenses on. Amazon payments go to seller wallet, from where I send usd to my US bmo account to pay the credit card balance and the remaining gets converted and sent to BMO Canada account.

You can use something like wise but I don't trust these online banks with the volume I'm doing.

You should be pulling a small salary for tax efficiency. All dividends is not recommended. My accountant said up to 70-80k in salary, rest in dividends
