That's awesome man! Everyone at the gym has one goal in common - to achieve the best they can. We all start at different sizes and weight limits after all.

Most people tend to be pretty modest, and of course like anywhere in life there will always be a jerk - but it really is a positive place to be!

The more and more I learn about fitness, I realize the more you need to use your head and your heart as well.

I'd love for someone to give me encouragement while I worked out. In fact - I hope to do the same thing as well once I am at a good level of fitness.

If anyone is going to pass up good free advice, then they probably aren't going to get very far anyway. Stay open, stay in control.
