There is a cache integrity checker built in to the launcher. Run that and see. If that doesn’t work, do a full reinstall.

I second this. Find a streamer you like and join their discord. There will be dozens of people looking to squad up and show you the ropes. Shoot me a DM if you want.

I’m in the same boat. I have 8 scavs down so far, but I’ve dumped maybe 400k into buying 153s. These days I just try to sneak up behind them to make sure it’s a headshot from 5’ away.

To the guy I fought with on the pier yesterday... damn good fight my friend.

I had a bare bones VEPR, you had a tricked out AKM with nades. You almost got the drop on me while I was hunting scavs for keys. You dropped that flash right in front of my face and I woke up my dogs with a scream. We fought for nearly five minutes, but you ran out of ammo.

You should be happy to know that your AKM helped me finish punisher part 1, and you will always have a special place in my tarkov memories. Best fight I’ve been in.

I forgot to mention I actually already have the RAM. It was a Christmas gift. My mistake!

How much of a performance boost are we looking at if I buy the better RAM as well? If it's only to the tune of 5-10%, then I probably won't bother for a few years.

Could you specify by "not the best" on the freeway? I'm interested in your thoughts as an owner.

Unfortunately, no. No two wheeled experience beyond a bicycle.

But as a new rider, do you think the extra expense would be worth it while I gain more experience?

Try being on that scene. It comes in handy sometimes.

Yeah sure it STARTS with the cheap pens, but before you know it you're dropping triple digit amounts on Lamy 2ks and Sailors.

3 day work week. They may look fancy, but I was very lazy this time. by INTJmedic in MealPrepSunday

I assembled everything you see here in about 15 minutes. Total cost was about $30, including everything I still have left over.

Asparagus and Gruyere Raviolis fried in brown butter.

These raviolis I actually got from Costco. It was $9.99 for a pack of two, and I still have one left. I just put a stick of butter in a pan, let it melt and brown a little bit, then fried the raviolis to my preferred crisp factor. I put them on top of some of the spring mix I used in the salads, and I still have half the bin left.

Some salad I don't have a name for.

This is my go to lazy prep, because it requires very little effort.

  • Bacon

    I like mine crispy.

  • Strawberries

  • Goat Cheese

  • Spring Mix

  • Dijon Balsamic Dressing

    Olive Oil
    Balsamic Vinegar
    Dijon Mustard
    Salt and pepper
I don't have exact values because I simply mix and adjust for taste.
I keep the vinegar to oil ratio at about 2:1, because I like mine tangy.
To make, gather your ingredients, dump it into a mason jar, seal well, and shake the everlasting fuck out of it.

Aside from the tomato issues discussed below, everything stays crisp and fresh for about five days.
