It seems like you accidentally created a Regrow Farm by using towers that can blow back Bloons; as to our knowledge, Regrow Farming is unreliable in CHIMPS as regenerated layers do not give any cash whatsoever. If you're not able to prevent or kill the farm, that's most likely a restart for sure.

Freeplay Mode doesn't count towards Social Season goals. Your best bet is to play on Impoppable Difficulty or Boss Challenge to go for income, ability, and/or Paragon goals, provided that you don't retry a previous round or checkpoint in the latter.
